EmpowerED Families is excited to welcome Kim Graham as Director of Organizing and Partnerships! 

Kim GrahamWith more than two decades of experience in Indianapolis schools, Kim knows first-hand the challenges and joys families experience during their child’s educational journey. She is excited to connect with families and help them deepen their impact on the education system. 

Prior to this role, she served as Student Enrollment Coordinator at George and Veronica Phalen Leadership Academy. Previously, she was a Special Education Assistant in Washington Township for ten years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Global.

As Director of Organizing and Partnerships, Kim will be connecting with families across Indianapolis to understand what improvements they want to see in Indianapolis K12 education. She will ensure EmpowerED Families is providing opportunities for parents and families to develop their skills to organize and advocate for education issues they care about. Kim will also develop relationships with schools, community organizations, and other entities who are excited to support and partner with EmpowerED Families.
